If there was a smidgen of truth to this, IMDS would have sold more than 18 units in 19 years. Nooooooobody wants it. The truth is in the sales aye? They had approval to sell in more countries, than they've had in units actually sold. So, they've had approval to sell in some countries for years and years, and not a single unit has been sold there.
