Thanks. That information helps a lot. Preestablished could simply mean the presence of a router or some other as yet undiscovered/marketed device.

How is tmobile presenting Predetermined? What are they saying that means? Predetermined distance? Which is not at all 'up to a maximum distance' of a router. Predetermined distance is a single radius from a router say (ie: a circumference in 2d or a tube in 3d) instead of the whole area (area of a circle in 2d or a filled in cylinder in 3d). Is that how you see tmobile's argument?

What is tmobile trying to say?
