Are you truly asking or are you just a genius? That is precisely why the PPS is going higher. No one wants to sell at this level except for the flippers and day traders like the ones that tried to kill the uptrend close to the bell on Friday.

I strongly believe something is brewing behind the scenes and we will all know for sure in just over 2 weeks. Somebody(s) however know something and they are buying up as many shares as they can and not letting them go. it is becoming more and more difficult to get a fill for more than 10K block at a time before the ASK goes up. Now this is very significant for the move higher as supply runs thin. I am watching and it seems like this is setting up for a monster run as shares get scarce and those wanting in will have to chase and set bids high. JMHO.
