Our PR was checked for grammatical errors by the editors of Marketwire who issued the release. The decided no to capitalize the word "latvian", although in our Draft we capitalized. In addition I doubt that local Latvian websites would have reprinted something that was not true expecially based on how easily they can verify the veracity of our statements.
