So how much gold is in the ground?
Per Oct, 3 PR, company says there are up to 18,000 tons of Ore company looks to acquire with its JV. They did accept the first 500 tons, provided gold presence should be at least 5g/t. That means IF ABOT is able to process the whole 18k tons of ore, gold output should be 90kg.
That should be worth $4.8MM. Of course, you have to take out 50% as production cost and JV portion.
The silver part should come to be worth about $2.5Mm. ABOT will make about 50% off that number.
So, the net profit should be around $3.8MM
