EIPC for those interested in knowing whether or not the product has been well received, problems or other matters.

Take a look under 'performance' as you scroll down: http://www.fricknet.com/Products/SmartMark_RFID/Solar_Powered_RFID_Tag_On_Metal.html

too include: "*Tag performance was measured free of material influence, on a dry wood, window glass, thermoplastic, and steel slabs. Actual read ranges may differ depending on conditions such as environment, tag placements, hardware, etc"

DW:
"I am in continual contact with our distributor / integrators. There
are no performance problems with the product, on the contrary, I
refer you to the Frick website where the product is displayed and you can see the performance they are getting at various frequencies on various substrates. We have had no warranty returns (no returns at all, actually).

Our role is to provide products to distributors, integrators -- I
don't have access to end users' data any longer (since the
distributors / integrators like Frick and Gao came into the picture)
and if I did I wouldn't use it without their permission, and I'm not
going to risk a relationship by trying to obtain that information
(which is almost always confidential to the end user and their
application, anyway, it seems) to satisfy some shareholders or
potential shareholders. Sorry. Remember, our tags are small parts
of much larger systems that include readers of various types and
sizes, proprietary software and sometimes other equipment. They are used primarily to track assets, and the end users typically test the tags, then make a purchasing decision with, many times, little or no feedback to the distributor." END

The above was a quote and a good one, my prior statements in regards too ACTUAL 'quotes' i.e. sharebuyback / uplisting / acquisitions or mergers..... were never a quote, my thoughts, get it?

We all need to remember to thoughtfully accumulate one's thoughts, create a platform for discussion points.... and never call and blatantly comment" Hey SuperC stated there's going to be a sharebuyback or merger or ???

I have never discussed anything on a open platform that would remotely be considered inside-information. We must all remember too....., that there could be those who wish to harm the company for whatever reason. Caution Warranted!

If IR or Management makes the statement: "They agree this or that would be good for the company" We as shareholders should understand that is a "GENERAL" comment , and not be construed as something of an upcoming event.

It's truly good to know there has been no issues or returns with this type of product [first mover status]. An industry first 'green' Solar_Powered RFID Tag. There are reasons that come up as the company progresses things cannot be said as in 'historical data' between those that buy Enable IPC products, and distributors. That's been made perfectly clear from the above statement!

Here are my thoughts on revenues generated, product performance, a stagnate PPS, and intellectual property.

As long as this company continues to grow revenues
As long as they 'revs' continue to go UP no matter how fast
As long as the products continue to show no signs of problems
As long as the company continues to produce IP/Patents

I could personally care less about a stagnate PPS and here's why.

First look at historical facts about the word SOLAR. That word has had a serious beat-down for years, solar this, solar that. If the sun doesn't shine we have no solar, etc. This IMO is why we are at what some consider a snails pace from quarter to quarter.
If you 'google' this https://www.google.com/search?q=solar+power+problems&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=
just think of how many years discussions/posts/articles have been produced in regards too the word solar.

The next thing that happens is and always has been: "If said product is totally new and untested, nothing like it on earth... I'm going too be patient [that is interested companies --- whether they are buying and/or looking closer at EIPC], and see how accepted this industry first set or products become, if there are problems along the way, will said company produce enough too actually start to take market share away from others and my company??? Lots and lots of questions are asked in the event a paradigm shift is in the making.... just like the article stated in the VDC July blog posted here many times.

This company is not about becoming a financial powerhouse, an EPS of .10c for example. Not one competitor in his right mind would allow for 1, a saturation of battery-less RFID Tags taking the place of their battery Tags. 2, a company continuing to lock up IP/Patents to protect the entire landscape of Solar Powered Tags.

So, what has too happen is.... anyone who read the VDC article and knows about the performance of the S/Cap... THEY must know!!!!! It works, it sells, no problems, it's starting too catch on but..... NOT catch FIRE!

This company does not need to catch fire, rev's jump too $5mil it won't happen under this very unique paradigm-shift from thought to acceptance... nor anything in the financial arena other than continue to:
Grow
Sell
Product Enhancements / Other Solar Tags for specific industries
Well received on all fronts
Patents Patents Patents
and then one day you notice a small engine that could be snatched up by an entire train with a strong engine and caboose!

That's why I'm here, not for $20mil in revenues or a PPS of .10c but much sooner than that. This is my opinion and strictly my opinion!

Get the point and of course my point?

So the next time anyone see's anything posted on this thread remember too collect your thoughts before calling IR/Mgt and make use of your intellectual skills and not just blurt out "hey I heard there's going to be a merger", lol

DW, IMO [and no I'm not humble in this case], is focused now specifically on the shareholders who helped support this company over the years. Too hold EIPC for the last few years then take a measly few percentage points or a recent .035ish would not be focused on the entire scope of what's starting too transpire! I know it takes years and years of experience to understand fully how this company is positioned, and few have that ability. It has been a generation of 'must have it now thinking'. And... all micro's are a PieceOfShit mentality. Far far from it! It's so easy to have that opinion it's prevalent to the ninth-degree with ihubbers.

For those who have little experience with the value IP brings to a company compare everything you can find [and it will take a few hours] with a current Stop_Sign Company at .043c Yes a STOPSIGN at .043c Why? I know why! This is a good comparison to understand both IP vaues.

I can tell you from experience the value EIPC brings as a company compared to SMKG is quite significant. A little homework here in regards too intellectual property should help your view-finder focus a bit more smile

sc
ps, in the case of quotes.... the above 'tag performance' is my last quote. I hope it's at least written so no one can turn it upside down, flip it, and make it's something it's not.

Now for an attorney with any backbone to get upset about this post.. should step aside and take a fishing trip long-term! LoL

I'll post when I see fit because I am SuperC!
Those who don't like it can kiss my yingyang!
