Seems the 'full court press' is on to get others to buy shares here by only presenting the most glowing and optimistic scenarios......but never presenting the absolute fact that a high majority of these Chapter 11 cases turn out very badly for shareholders since the Debtor is given the most latitude by the courts for judgements in their favor to reorganize at the shareholders expense.....why is that ?
