They demonstrated a needlessly greedy and wreckless form of business management that alienated the very type of investors they wanted to attract.

The very type of investors they desperately needed!

They were so full of their rapid success, they thought their exponential growth would surpass the ill effects of toxic financing.

They didn't set out to screw us, but ended up doing so anyway because they couldn't attract more sophisticated investors especially institutional investors that invest a small percentage of their portfolio on the most promising penny and small cap stocks.

They had no idea how squeaky clean they needed to be in order to attract the most discerning investors.

They were like The Three Stooges in an upscale Manhattan restaurant failing the code of conduct in every fundamental way.
