I think it is FAR worse.Why would a company losing money pay a board member $15k a month.
I see no revenue stream coming in yet.
To add insult to injury FREE shares for Mgt.
I love the technology but will not pay for a champagne and caviar life style for a startup company's Execs.
Make the shareholders a return on THEIR tnvestment before lining your pockets with company money..JMO...ST
