If you ever have had a biotek stock or similar, this wording would not sound so unfamiliar to you. Many companies who do not generate their own income are dependt on external funding and if there is nobody willing to provide this external funding, you will have to close. So to me, there is nothing new in this, so I guess it is up to the individual to decide if they believe in the idea and I'm not in doubt about your opinion. From what I hear, I believe that the company is on to something and has a viable idea and I will keep my shares.
As I see it, the debts are increasing, but on the other side, the assets are also increasing, so in respect to this, I'm not too worried. Furthermore, it appears that the horrible debt note has been eliminated and the new notes seem more "eatable", but maybe Nodummy, Longrun 8 or somebody else has an oppinion about this (Sorry, KBRTX - I already know yours ;) )?
Happy investing!
