All that management has done cannot be simply viewed in terms of the share structure, that is myopic and simplistic.

I didn't say I focused solely on share structure, I said my primary focus in doing DD is management, and share structure is just part of that. Which is neither myopic or simplistic. Having said that, share structure is very, very important, every investor knows that.

Seems like some people here who are invested in MRNJ only want to hear good news, like how good the apps are doing. But there's a reason that more people aren't invested in the company. Today's action was a perfect example. On a day when a financing offer and a top-tier content contract was announced, volume was 72,398 and share price didn't move an inch. Maybe if those items really happen then a PR will bring more attention. But people invested in pink stocks always say it's because people aren't aware of the company yet. It is also likely that people are aware of the company and choose not to invest. Because it's not really about great the apps are, management and the decisions they make affect investors far more. And share structure is just part of it.
