Effective November 15, 2012, the Chief Executive Officer of the Registrant, Perry Leopold, has been retained as a consultant by a major consumer electronics company regarding certain legacy technologies. The Company does not expect that any time spent in such capacity will interfere with his duties as Chief Executive Officer, nor will it violate any provision of his current employment agreement.
