Legalization? Profits on open markets in WA and CO will take months as the states figure out how to operate. There are current profits because of legalization.

There will be in due course, and yes, there should be more speculation in this price, but the federal regulatory risk is hanging overhead and its a pink penny, so the players will eff it over until we can get out and get up listed. There will still be penny plays in the OTCBB or Nasdaq small cap market, just not as much I hope.
