I can't pretend to know what they are doing or what is going on. What I do know is -

1. Manipulation is happening.
2. Institutional net shares are up
3. Insiders still adding ( Form 4 )

Pretty much all I need to know.

I am not holding as much cash as I wish but it is also being saved in case of under 2.00

Edit - also the manipulation games will start slowing after today.
