From the 2 day old PR you're touting;

Eighty seven percent (87%) of the Company's outstanding shares are currently held as restricted shares

That puts the float around 228 million now. How do you claim a 1 million float when this traded over 2 million shares, 5 of the last 6 trading days.

Bet they buy a whole bunch of stock back with their $200 cash on hand, lol.
