Maybe I am not wrong!!! It says Mr Meller sold a portion of his Convertible Notes, which indicates that there would be no share increase!! This increasing in fully diluted happened between July and September. Can you figure it out?? I am too lazy to go look, cause I could care less about this company! I just thought that someone should balance out the one side opinion of DRT here so as no suckers buy this diluting POC!!

Alright I will give you a hint!! they gave 15,000,000 shares to non-executives at a PPS of 2.75 cents!!! This is 1/8th of the current PPS! WTF would anyone buy this for more than 3 cents??

They wouldn't that is why!!
