Customs or HSI, will not. And I repeat, WILL NOT be seizing these items if they are imported LEGALLY. Properly labeled, and addressed to a legitimate business without "history" of falsifying information, paying the proper import taxes, and are not counterfeited property. I don't want to even go into the "vaporizer" part of it because it is meaningless. The courts will not entertain a case involving items that can be used as tobacco products. It will be up to the user to miss use such items. Customs and HSI have bigger priorities than to focus on this kind of shipment. If people only had an idea of the things that come through. The examples provided are old, outdated, and null. There will not be a "crackdown" on vaporizers. How easy is it to get a counterfeit louis vuitton purse? Yup, if you can get your hands on it, guess what.. it made it through customs.

Ok, the DEA now. They will respect the 3 plant per household law. The threshold for DEA to take a case will not be met if people have "personal use." Please get educated on this matters. The DEA will not, and again, WILL NOT be prosecuting personal use quantities. The focus of the DEA will be those who are smuggling, have stash houses, or have large quantities of the drug. By large I mean, 40 pounds for distribution or more minimum. It will vary from state to state. I know in southern Texas the DEA's threshold is at least 600 pounds, AT LEAST. The AUSA's Office will decline prosecution of anything less than that. Again, it will vary from state to state but the least I have ever seen prosecuted at federal level is 40 pounds, and that is a laughable amount. The DEA's current focus are OCDETF cases. Which involve, conspiracies, money laundering, and drug distribution rings. They will not persecute your normal taxpayer who comes home and smokes a joint. That is left for the locals, sheriffs, pd's, state police. Unless individuals begin to meet those requirements, the DEA will leave them alone. In case many have not noticed or are living in a bubble, there is a war in Mexico. Legalizing, will take 30% profits from the cartels. DEA's goal is to weaken the cartels. If the average street cop won't arrest you for it, the DEA won't either. So, if it's legal to use and it doesn't meet the federal threshold... home free.

RFMK will be soooo profitable......
Don't miss this one... they don't come often.
