The quote below is from the WAFR web site. Did APII own CWS in 2011? really hmmm didn't they just merge this month?

In 2010, the company temporarily relocated the corporate office to New York. In 2011, the company acquired CWS and NEEL. In 2012 we changed our name to Corewafer Industries, Inc. and began trading under the symbol WAFR.
