Another clue with regard to this company. I have watched it very closely since 2010, and there is almost never any dilution to be seen. Then I saw VFIN show up a few days before the monster run took place last week, and that was it. Never saw any dilution whatsoever on the way up to 10 cents. Tells me two likely things about the company. 1) they clearly are not in need of $$ at this time and 2) they plan to hold their shares for much higher ground. I think #2 is pretty obvious but to be clear, I believe this because there were virtually no signs of dilution at the 8 or 9 cents range. Sweet!!!!

I believe their plan is to get the stock to 20+ cents before selling any major shares. Time will tell but I am excited about what is to come here!
