The filings and PRs are very telling.

I have invested in a company that I believe in!

A company who has claimed so much in PRs for years, with very little ever materializing.

I am disgusted by greedy lobbying HEDGIES and huge health companies degrading it!

Hedge funds and huge health companies have no idea that IMDS exists.

Like I said I am invested in a machine that I believe in

Again, no you aren't. You own shares in a development stage company, which has sold billions of shares, to pay six figure salaries to its directors and unsuccessfully market a machine. A machine who's core patents aren't even owned by the company.
