I believe the product is actually pretty good
I am a software engineer who stumbled upon the product while trying to find something to invest in, and it is now my default search engine in my browser.
Here's what I like in the product and stock:
Product:
1. simple interface to concurrently search using the 3 big search engines all at once. Nice display, and works well; from what I have seen
2. ability to retain/classify/share the sites you have found, like bookmarks, but in a more user-friendly fashion (workspace)
3. ability to search different types sites; twitter, facebook, youtube, web, news, wiki, etc...and classify/collect them in your workspace too
4. ability to share any content you find, and classify into projects; although I did not receive the email when I went through the tool to group and share the new project; interface worked well, and had a really cool method to drag-and-drop content into your workspace project, and to email out and/or publicize the project as a tag...just did not receive the email?
5. IPad app exists, and IPhone & Android version supposedly on the way. I downloaded the IPad app and it looks pretty good; it only had 1 search engine though (not the 3 the browser version had)? I did not have a time to play with it, but it looked good, and seemed to have all the save/organize & share capabilities?
6. believe there is a need/market for this type of tool; web-based tool to organize and share your web and social site searching
7. web site is sound, with a user-friendly interface, and worked nicely for me; note: I did not test all browser and OSs, just some windows machines with IE and firefox
Stock:
1. loads of upside potential! How did all the big search and social sites become big? Visits. I could see this site (and app) really gathering Users/Visits
2. buyout possibility. If usage climbs, the buyout potential will increase dramatically.
3. Platform appears sound, and easy to expand; and there is loads of potential in this space. Note: I do not have any idea as to their development team, and/or what they are working on down the road?
Bottom line; real product, useable, that could easily grow in functionality and user base.
