You say all over the place? What do you mean all over the place. This was at 0.02 at the beginning of this week. Now it is starting to move up. You need to do research. Look up Relox. They announced their Quarterly report will be out by this Monday and after that, the stock began to move. There is something in my opinion that is going in the right direction. From 0.02 to .25 in a few days? We need to hold this.
