Since PRTN is a penny stock do you guys think that very few investors even know the 8K was released yesterday?

I use nasdaq options express and here on investors hub to alert me to news. The 8K was NOT posted as news on any of these.

The only reason I knew it had come out was from you guys chatting about it yesterday morning. When the 8K for TAGG came out it was posted as a news story but NOT with PRTN. Why??
