Not to get in the middle of your discussion with Crow3 here, but I note with great interest that you suggest that Mary has a CDEX stock cert with a number bigger than Wade. If true, is that a good thing or a bad thing for we CDEX shareholders that Mary O'Hara has a significant position in the stock?
Also, (and this might be helpful in case you were heading toward a heated argument with that other poster you are addressing), are the CDEX stock numbers you post before or after the 10x impact of the proceedings that were approved by the court? Specifically, does Mary O'Hara now hold 1198820 shares, or 119882 shares, or 11988 shares of CDEX stock? Does your source know if these are free trading shares, or when they will become free trading CDEX shares?
