There is no PR and at this point no way to determine if he did or didn't. I have concerns of that and based on who Dan purchased this "clean shell" from can only guess what he's done.
He bought a nothing "clean shell" from a very well schooled scammer. He pays far too much for it but also receives a lesson in fleecing 101 from Asstrom.
You first register the shell with a very high a/s.
You then buy out some failing companies that you or associates own. Payment would be in free trading and restricted shares.
You now PR the heck out of every thought or action.
Shares sell fast but you still have a ton to move.
You make a few calls to make things look attractive.
After dropping a few LOI's ...shares move again, but "chit", you've still got a ton nore to dump.
Hire a known promotion company ( They make great subs too ) and try a new pump. Drop the promise of numbers coming soon......
...share buybacks and insider buying. While doing this, make sure nothing is written that could be used against you if the scam goes bad. Use a private paid pumper to drop hints about having insider information and move a few more shares.
Fold the company and recycle the shell.

It's just a theory I've had for months now and I'm only thinking that way because of who Dan bought the shell from.
Any similarity of Persons or Companies mentioned in this post are only a coincidence.
