Bump, deadline approaches...I Expect News soon, Good, Neutral, or Ugly anyone's guess. Let's see how this goes. Expectation is high.

Article at LNG World News very informative. Our news has been about every three months. Very predictable, although now the race is on to complete those milestones listed in the article.

Milestones to be completed by Altenesol over the next six months that include, but are not limited to:

* the execution of a Definitive Agreement between Geoproduction and Altenesol by December 1, 2012;
* the conversion of existing end user LOIs to definitive agreements;
* the ordering of equipment, and
* the initiation of construction of an LNG plant.

News should be quicker
Example: Funding secured

Seems of late News gets misconstrued. This is the NG supply to our proposed LNG plant (A Cost). Which I think is great, but we need to see conversion costs. That would include plant start up costs and End user agreements to really drive this up. Also, as I and others have always stated this is a long term process. Revenues seem to be two years away. Should see better pops with PPS as these milestones come to reality.

Also a couple concerns with the pricing agreement. "Take or Pay" and the annual price escalation. As long as IAHL performs and executes the plan in a timely fashion Take or Pay should be of no concern. Although one glitch and it could quickly become a problem. The pricing should be market based. The assumption that prices will rise each and every year is counter competitive. Normally, with long term contracts of such volume there should be a competitive advantage over existing and future lower volume distributors. Just my thoughts to share. In any case, the advancements towards the goals of distributing LNG to Columbia has taken one step closer. GLTA
