Hiya bud long time no see :). Yeah, i love the chart. I'm with ya on the belief that it seems they're making a valid attempt to remove the stop sign. Also FWIW I like how they do business with prisons. A typical scam penny stock likely would not want to affiliate themselves with law enforcement in any way.
