In reality, MDGC is in no position to do anything in the real world of telecom. They don't even have a physical location, and the CEO is on the lam, hiding from creditors and the taxman. Their technobabble is pure nonsense aimed at tech-challenged investors.

The years of officially PRd hoaxes sure make this one a strong candidate for prosecution of the owners.

Proving fraud in this would be a joke, even for a novice prosecutor. Unfortunately, it's such a small-fry scam that I don't think it will get the justice it deserves. So I guess longs are stuck, unless they can figure out a way to get their money back from Val, Lehne and Powers et al.

Of course this post is my opinion. Every post by anyone is an opinion. I'm not writing a white paper on scams… in this post, anyway...
