"First of all, my background is in finance.......... I know the history of reverse splits. I have previously articulated, and I will articulate again, I do NOT want to go to my shareholder base that I have spent a LOT of time in the last 8 months trying to engender good will and create transparency and explain the stategies about this company. I do not want to go to that sharholder base and ask for a r/s until we have something really good to talk about, whether that's trial results, a partnership of some kind, or some other significant news. I know very well that most r/s are at leaast in the short-term value-structive and I am very much in agreement with the investors that have called me, and obviously from the tone you are suggesting as well, that I do not want to do one unless I can do one coming from a position of strength...........and not one of weakness
