Found this online, which might be of some help with people's research of BION. The link below contains library PDFs to all of the agendas and minutes of the Hardee County Economic Development Council (EDC) for the year of 2012. I think Traderwebb has already posted the link to the September minutes in another post, but I figured I'd provide the link, which I just came across for the list of all the minutes.

Pay particular attention to the agendas and minutes for March, April, August, and September, as those are the ones that deal with BioNitrogen.

As an aside, if you're OCD like me, you'll notice that the person who typed the minutes in August used the template from July and forgot to change the date. The date for the minutes in August should have been August 14th not July 7th. The agenda correctly shows the date, but the minutes showed the wrong date. Just wanted to point that out so you don't think you clicked on the wrong link or think they uploaded the incorrect file.

It's interesting to see that BION had been working with Florida on this since at least March.
