OK, since the SCCO department classified the buyout rumors as baseless in both written and verbal communication - where is all of the excitement coming from - Wohoooooo!

If the IR department sent a email stating the rumors were baseless when specifically asked about Southridge Minerals didn't they open themselves up to some significant liabilities?

That is how real companies work - within the framework of the law. Something SRGE doesn't know or understand. SRGE = criminals.
