Deadbeat Eddie fails to pay as Rash promised

Rash v. Vakser lawsuit: The case was set for "finial disposition" on 10/8/2012. However, on October 5th Rash's attorney Sean Mathis revealed that Vakser & Co had defaulted on the settlement they had agreed to in order to avoid a jury trial. Vakser had apparently agreed to make payments to Rash in 3 monthly installments and had not done so.

Consequently, Mathis petitioned to have the court remove their request for dismissal (in lieu of a settlement) and reschedule it for 60 days. On 10-9-2012 The court informed Vaker's attorney of a "Final Disposition Notice" set for 12-10-2012 at 9am.
