The debt is manageable and consistent with that for other successful start-ups.
They can dilute once more perhaps, but they will need strong sales by early next year to sustain themselves. I see no reason to believe they will be able to do that, but the true believers here shouldn't be discouraged by the reported numbers. Actually, if you believe there is a major product release coming soon, you should be encouraged, although the lack of inventory reported in the financials should trouble you a bit.
Like I say, 3 months or so and you will all know how it turns out, I think.
