Giving away 30% doesn't matter so much since it will take a life time to just develop the remaining 70%.

Nobody really can imagine the value of just one pebble ... let alone 6-8 (out of probably 10-12) ... still incredibly tremendous IMO!
If I had 2 thirds of yesterday´s EuroMillions-JP (i. e. € 113M of originally € 170M - in $$ 143M resp. 216M) I still wasn´t able to imagine that ammount ... so the new situation makes no difference ... except rather a drastically enhanced launch-pad to get started ...
