Twin Air can't fly anything, they are grounded. Both FAA and DOT certifications are gone. Can't fly anything for hire, they have ceased being an air carrier.

Since no one is answering any phones, I'd say Twin Air is done. Those worthless 3% holdings in the oil wells are about the only thing going for them now, and they actually cost money to hold.
