Is anybody able to monitor Pacer for a filing?

Something must be happening as there has to be a filing for exclusivity to be moved up. The last date that was moved up was 11/15/2012 and in mid January 2013 for it to be finalized. I am very surprised we have not seen something yet. I would think there HAS to be a filing of some sort this evening!
