Two basic questions -

1) anyone ever have their mouse freeze? I tried cleaning and a new pad and both seemed to help some but today has been worse again. Any suggestions?

2) in looking at 3d generation intel processors is there an easy way to tell them by their serial numbers? (i may be buying a new pc if I don't solve the mouse problem.
