I have enjoyed all the posts today--quite a few to read. My observations:

1. I think it would be good if RJ called Brian first and talked with him, offering help and support. I think the majority here would support what Brian needs, and RJ can best present this.

2. I further think it would be good if TR followed through with a back-up call to RJ's. His backgrond and expertise could perhaps offer help and suggestions in more specific terms--such as private placement details and implementation. It would also help to confirm that the majority here offer a concensus of support.

3. I may stand quite alone in this final statement. I think that Sunspotter offers a needed balance and reality check. It is hard to stand alone, especially as a contrarian view to all the frustrated longs, but I support him. I would hope there might be some change in his motivations for being here. Biggest hope of all is that he might "jump on board" at a profitable early point. But, we all need correction, and we will still need it if we get successfully launched. And Sunspotter hopefully keeps us in some balance. Waitedg
