8k new accountants hired fins will be a little late but shouldnt be anything in them anyway as we are still exploring gathering info
On November 6, 2012, the Company engaged Sadler, Gibb & Associates, L.L.C. as its new independent registered public accounting firm. The engagement was approved by the Company’s Board of Directors. During the years ended June 30, 2012 and 2011 and through November 6, 2012, the Company had not consulted with Sadler, Gibb & Associates, L.L.C
