It is not a good thing FWC. It most likely means the Roonster has been handing out unregistered shares like Halloween candy. He is paying for almost everything with shares because he has no cash.

He has probably been doing it for quite a while and it has caught up with him. It usually takes time for these issues to be caught and that is why the chill is on.

I have seen the exact same thing with a couple of other otc's and their story did not end well either. Factor that in with the the SEC issue and that is why there is no interest.
