Good post You are 100% correct that divys in pennyland are nothing but a nightmare. Most of them never happen for one reason or another. But what did the carrot dangler do, was to increase the float From what 86 million to about 250 million most of it going to Toxic Funding. Not saying thats the reason, but this has happened with plenty of other pinkies. Seems like always a problem with divys and Pink Sheet companies. Share Buy backs and Divys are the 2 biggest con games out there to dilute. And of course all those great financing deals.
