Right ALANSNOWCROSS2! ABUSE is the problem! We were not intimidated in the past, even when the KATX daily amount hit over 30 million shares recently! We will continue NOT to be intimidated when the new round of Sixties tricks begins as well. However, the bottom line is, the SEC is not going to collapse and our S-1 will happen with the SEC watching all the way.

While the SEC observes from the sidelines, some think they can suddenly hide all the past abuses of our company’s shareholders with a few archaic tricks that used to work so well thirty years ago, and before Schapiro came along. There is no rug big enough to contain all those sweepings.

We, the longs, are not going to suddenly decide to lose all our money just because a big shot decides to bring down the pps with another large number of shares. Not only will we not sell; we will buy. My personal theme remains the same....accumulate. Relevantly, I bought our stock three days last week and I bought more KATX yesterday and today.

Here is the phone number of the Chairwoman of the SEC, Mary L. Schapiro (202) 551-2100. Please make sure the secretary who answers, understands that this is about KATX and how our stock has been ABUSED and fraudulently traded for over two years while nothing was done by the SEC, and that we hope Ms. Schapiro will be different now, and that stock manipulation is not excused because of revenge and greed.
