I do understand that is trading 101, but a penny stock will fly a lot faster then a stock on the big boards obviously. Thus, making a break above the upper Bollinger band not necessarily a sell signal. It all depends on the momentum of the stock, shares, news.....many things. With this stock having such a small float it can easily trade above all signals if the traders would just hold for longer then 6 hours.
