Stating opinion as fact does not make it so. There is literally no proof to support any of these claims. It has been quite some time since the HLNT/PWC settlement. If any payments weren't made on time (or not at all), we would have heard about it from PWC by now.

I can make this very easy to understand by pointing to the Humpty case. Since Humpty doesn't understand how to meet *ANY* deadlines, as soon as a deadline expires and Humpty didn't provide the required documents, HLNT *immediately* files a request for judgement and it pops up on the Scroll System. If HLNT wasn't making their payments on time per the settlement, why wouldn't PWC *immediately* file for a judgement?
