Well, that's a good generality. You want not in progress? Try the sales-revenue numbers for Sep. That's no longer in progress. It's a COMPLETED month - understand?

He had no problems previously releasing Jun, and 30 days later Jul in the middle of Aug. BTW- where's August? Surely he has the numbers for these COMPLETED months laying around??? Or did the paint crew throw them into the garbage can?

Wouldn't it be nice for the suffering stockholders to have the reassurance that sales of $1M-3M actually occurred in Sep? Where the PR is in the same format previously given for Jun, and Jul. Reassurance the Jun, and Jul revenue numbers weren't bogus.

Of course if Jun&Jul were totally bogus, then issuing out another PR for Sep would get him into even deeper doo-doo with the SEC. Wonder why he hasn't put out the Sep sales numbers? You'll have to ask Jeffy that. Nothing to prevent it.
