Looks pretty clear that Avstar won't be flying anything but an unlicensed glider to bankruptcy court. By that letter it seems pretty clear that the DOT and FAA won't be considering any future air endeavors by Gamber and company.

I always said that I had a theory.

Not going into details, but if you follow history of partnerships, friends, the creation of a few paper companies, I truely believe these guys where leasing themselves planes, most of them unusable junk. Use the profits from Twin Air Calypso to pay yourselves for junk planes (most of which we never saw). Money gone, game over! Ever really wonder what the ex-accountant saw and why the SEC had questions about the company formation?
