the issue isnt whether or not inside info was recieved and diseminated...the issue is that a poster insinuated he recieved inside info from a named source at kblb that caused him to buy and put out the xmas timeline as definately accurate...

the issue is that that would be inside info not released to anyone else...it doesnt matter whether its true... it doesnt matter whether anyone thinks its actionable...it would be in fact, be inside info...and that was what it was purported to be...

quit trying to do kblb's damage control... it is what it is...and it is very obvious...
