How is it in the past?

IMDS has no cash, is $5 million in debt, and has to make payments to the IRS on $1 million in tax liens.

It has no money for R&D or clinical trials.

The reverse split can't come soon enough for them to allow them to sell more stock to pay these debts.

The present and future are simply conversions on worse terms as the stock was trading 3X HIGHER back then.
