wow, good find RJ.. now im really getting pumped for the final details regarding this merger.. we're going from a shell of a company to a $55mil portfolio and a company that has protected rights for the use of algae oil using fuel cell by products adjacent to fuel cells.

that's a pretty sweet deal.. even if the share ratio is on the high end (meaning 1000:1), holding a longer position might be the better choice. if this biofuel process attracks bigger investors, we could see some very nice gains.
