A Mexican goat taco is to die for. If you must bring brisket, I suppose I'll have a bite or 12! GRINN!

A quick story: While living in Washington State I found a home style BBQ brisket made by a transplanted Arkansas family. If ya didn't get in line before 11:00AM ya didn't get any! The also made a hot sauce that made a Habenero chile seem like a cold shower.

Wow! made my self hungry!
